Every floor joist was replaced and damage to the foundation was repaired, new sill plates installed, then new subflooring was installed, and new easy to clean vinyl flooring installed. A steel roof was installed over the existing roof. New metal siding was installed on 2 sides and wood slab siding installed on 2 sides. Both doors are new and several windows are new. The kitchen and bathroom were both completely redone. Majority of the plumbing was replaces including a new well pump, pressure tank, and water heater. All appliances and the furnace are new.
