A systematic approach to customer service, presentation, and transaction management was acquired during the sale of over 1,600 developer units. Valuable consumer experience was also gained during buying and selling over 2 dozen of his own transactions.
During his 7 years on the floor at the Chicago Board of Trade, he saw firsthand the efficiencies and benefits of an open market and supply and demand. Ready for a new challenge and industry, Craig went to work for one of the oldest and well respected firms in the real estate market where he successfully managed and brought hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions to close. During this time, Craig was mentored by key executives and learned firsthand every aspect of the business; from marketing and lead generation, to customer service, compliance, transaction management, legal and closing procedures.
